Classrooms

The goal of a classroom is to create a supportive and nurturing environment that allows children to develop independence, self-motivation, and a love of learning.

Classrooms

Early years: AIPS early years classrooms are designed to be a prepared environment where children are able to learn through exploration and discovery. These classrooms are typically mixed age, with children ranging from 2.5 to 6 years old. In a Montessori classroom, children are free to move about and choose their own activities from a range of materials that are presented to them. These materials are designed to be self-correcting, meaning that the child is able to learn through trial and error without the need for direct guidance from the teacher.

Our teachers are specially trained to provide guidance and support when needed, while respecting each child's natural developmental pace. These classrooms are typically set up with several different areas, such as a practical life area, a sensorial area, a math area, and a language area. This allows children to learn in a variety of ways and provides them with the opportunity to discover their own interests and talents. Overall, the goal of the classroom is to create a supportive and nurturing environment that allows children to develop independence, self-motivation, and a love of learning.

Primary & Middle years: A nurturing setting for developing youngsters from the ages 6-10. This is a magical period where children learn their fundamental values and lay the foundation of who they will be as an adult. Our highly skilled teachers give special attention to each child's needs in class by providing careful guidance, learning materials, plants, animals, art forms and direct access to nature. The kids create strong attributes such as self-discipline alongside forming an authentic love of knowledge acquisition at this stage.

Furthermore, our curriculum has been designed with engrossing activities that incite spontaneous involvement among students while attending on campus every day. Above all else, we have set up classrooms to cater specifically towards young minds ; spaces are tailored accordingly so exploration & independent study can take place without any difficulties getting hold of items because they're unreachable or requiring assistance from adults present. We believe children gain more through practical experience rather than simply hearing what others say; hence Montessori material which offer simple, but stimulating objects have been incorporated into classes provided here - these only include things likely triggering activity amongst learners spontaneously. In addition, each classroom also provides outdoor space equivalent for strengthening connection within natural surroundings
